Irina graduated from the Chemical Technology University of Russia. She is a chemical engineer with 10 years of experience at international companies such as Stentex and Nestle. After university, she worked in the Central Laboratory of Nestle, focusing on gas chromatography. Later, she moved to Stentex where she spent the last six years in a start-up joint project between Medtronic and Stentex in a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) position, specializing in the production of medical devices, specifically stents. She was involved in migrating the QMS system and transferring technology processes. Irina has extensive experience in migrating documents from different systems, working on ERP systems, creating documents, and managing document control. Additionally, she established SQE, RI, and distribution control processes.
