Shai Policker is serving as the CEO of the MEDX Xelerator, an Israeli medtech incubator operating under the Israeli Innovation Authority incubator program. He is also the board chairman of Veinway.

He had spent over 20 years in successfully bringing various medical innovations to clinical practice from early design through clinical trials and successful commercial launch in Europe.
Prior to his 5 years at MEDX Xelerator, Shai served as the COO of Endostim BV, a dutch-based medical device company and VP research for Impulse Dynamics, an Israeli medical device venture.

Mr. Policker holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institue of Technology and an MBA from Columbia University in the City of NY.
